Keep your business details up to date on Elavon Connect
New feature allows you to edit your account details yourself within Elavon Connect.
Keeping your business details up to date is easy in Elavon Connect. Whether bank account, DBA or address changes - you can manage your business details yourself in your Elavon
Connect web dashboard or within the Elavon Connect mobile app.
Click the pencil icon to the right of the location you want to update.
Select the item you would like to update.
Make the needed changes and submit.
Download the app for changes on the go
You can manage business details in the Elavon Connect mobile app within the ‘You’ section. Just click the option you need and follow the prompts.
Most changes will be reflected on your account within 4 business days. For some changes you may be asked to provide documentation after submitting.
